Our banquets are experimental and ceremonious food gatherings. They serve the purpose of being nourishing, they shape themselves around feminist texts that inspire us and are co-created amongst participants. This activity is a part of the resort internal program.Kollaborative Survial Kimchi

Our reading group sat with the chapter Tentacular Thinking from Staying with the Trouble by Donna Haraway. The research evolved over a series of months into experimenting with fermentation techniques available to us in the tropics.

Inspired by the Carrier Bag theory of Fiction by Ursula K Le Guin. This banquet took place at enntibwa in Nouvelle France, Mauritius.
